Tallahassee, Fla. - The Florida State Women's Soccer team will be hosting a free soccer clinic on Tuesday, February 26 from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm at the Seminole Soccer Complex. The clinic will be open to the public as kids ages 18 years and younger are encouraged to participate in this one day event. Head coach Mark Krikorian and his staff as well as members of the women's soccer team will be on hand to provide instructional tips to the participating youth on the finer points of soccer.
The Seminoles made their third consecutive trip to the College Cup in 2007 while advancing to the national championship game for the first time in school history. Florida State finished the season with an overall record of 18-6-3 and a league mark of 6-2-2 good for a second place tie in the ACC. The Garnet and Gold have made eight straight NCAA Tournament appearances and have compiled an overall mark of 21-7-2 during that span good for an overall winning percentage of .733, the second best mark in the ACC.
