Tallahassee, Fla. - Want to take your soccer game to the next level? How would you like to learn from the nation's elite college coaching staff? Then the Mark Krikorian Soccer Academy at Florida State University is where you need to be.

Boys and girls, ages 5-18, can take advantage of four summer camps offered this year including two, four-day summer sessions in June. Florida State is also offering a five-day elite residential camp and a team camp both held in July. Campers will be given an unforgettable soccer experience as they learn from a coaching staff with years of professional, international and college experience as well as from the top collegiate players at Florida State.

The camp will be under the direction of the 2002 WUSA Coach of the Year and 2006 Soccer America Coach of the Year Mark Krikorian. In his first three seasons at the helm of the FSU Women's Soccer team, Krikorian has guided the Seminoles to three straight College Cups including an appearance in the national championship game in 2007. Florida State is one of two schools in Division I to advance to the national semifinals in four of the last five years.

Joining Krikorian at this year's camp will be assistant coaches Eric Bell (2nd Season at FSU) and Paul Rogers (1st season at FSU), volunteer assistant coach Miranda Armstrong (1st season at FSU), graduate manager JP Barbosa (2nd season at FSU) and a list of Seminole players.

The primary focus of these camps will be on the technical application of the sport with dedicated training in specific areas including passing, shooting techniques, receiving, dribbling and team tactics.

The first summer day camp will kickoff the week of June 2-5 with the second one running June 9-12. The cost for both summer day camps is $225 per player. The elite residential camp will be held from July 19-23 with cost for the overnight camp at $595 per child. Seminole soccer will conclude its summer camp session with a five-day team camp to be held July 23-27. Cost for the team camp is $550 per player as each team can carry a maximum of 20 players. Those campers interested in the team camp must call head coach Mark Krikorian at (850) 644-7724 to apply.

It is Florida State's goal that every player leaves camp with a feeling of accomplishment, a better understanding of the game and an intensified passion for soccer.

Spots for all four sessions are still available, but campers are encouraged to register as soon as possible as space is filling up quickly. To secure your spot at the Mark Krikorian Soccer Academy, click on the link provided below and sign-up today.
