TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Florida State soccer team will play their final home game of the regular season on Sunday, October 25 when the Seminoles host NC State at 1:00 p.m.

Before the start of Sunday's match, Florida State will honor the three members of this year's senior class which include goalkeeper Kimmy Diaz, midfielder/defender Becky Edwards and midfielder Lauren Switzer.

Seminoles.com took some time to get a few final thoughts from this year's graduating class on their time spent at Florida State and what's in store for them in the future.

Kimmy Diaz - 5-9 * GK * Boca Raton, Fla.

Q: Describe your most memorable play or goal during your time at Florida State?
A: I would say stopping a penalty kick in the penalty kick shootout against Virginia Tech in the first round of the 2008 ACC Tournament

Q: With all the trips that you have taken over the last four years which one was your favorite and why?
A: Our two week long stay in North Carolina in 2008. Even though we all went a little crazy in the hotel and had to drive back to Tallahassee in a bus with no air conditioning, there were a lot of memories made and the time spent with the team was awesome.

Q: Where do you see yourself on October 25, 2019?
A: Either working in the sport psychology field or coaching. I hope to be married and living somewhere in the north...hopefully!

Q: What is the best piece of advice that you will leave to your teammates?
A: Enjoy every minute you have on the field. Never take it for granted as time flies by. Also, enjoy your teammates; they will help you get through a lot.

Q: If there was one item/quality (tangible or not) that you could leave behind, what would it be and who would you leave it to?
A: I would leave my patience and resilience to the entire team because in our sport (and in life) things will not always going your way, but if you keep pushing through and putting the work in each day, good things will fall your way!

Becky Edwards - 5-8 * MF/D * Downingtown, Pa.

Q: Describe a memorable play or goal during your time at Florida State?
A: Sanna Talonen's goal against Connecticut to advance us to the College Cup during my sophomore season in 2007.

Q: With all the trips that you have taken over the last four years which one was your favorite and why?
A: I would have to say the 10 day trip to North Carolina during my junior year. Although we lost early in the ACC Tournament, I think I learned a lot as a person and as a soccer player. We drove 12 hours back to Tallahassee in a bus with no air conditioning. I loved spending time with my teammates. I also loved the fall weather and seeing the change of seasons in North Carolina.

Q: Where do you see yourself on October 25, 2019?
A: Well, I will be 31 years old. I hope to be settled and starting a family. I hope to also be playing soccer and/or involved with soccer in some way.

Q: What is the best piece of advice that you will leave to your teammates?
A: Each day is a new opportunity to become better...in everything that you do!

Q: If there was one item/quality (tangible or not) that you could leave behind, what would it be and who would you leave it to?
A: I would leave my singing ability. I would leave that to Toni (Pressley) because I know she is going to miss my beautiful voice.

Lauren Switzer - 5-9 * MF * St. Charles, Ill.

Q: Describe the most memorable play or goal during your time at Florida State?
A: Sanna's diving header in overtime against Connecticut in 2007 to advance to the College Cup.

Q: With all the trips that you have taken over the last three years which one was your favorite and why?
A: I would have to say our trip to Penn State in 2008. It was a good trip for soccer and my family got to come including my Grandma. Then we got to go and hang out at Jean's (Rettig, FSU team manager) family's house with the farm animals. This experience hit on many aspects of my life.

Q: Where do you see yourself on October 25, 2019?
A: Hopefully in a stable job that I enjoy, living in a house with a lot of land with my animals and family and doing triathlons in my spare time...sounds like quite a life!

Q: What is the best piece of advice that you will leave to your teammates?
A: Make the most of your four years, they go by fast. Also, have no regrets!

Q: If there was one item/quality (tangible or not) that you could leave behind, what would it be and who would you leave it to?
A: I would leave my dance moves to AD (Amanda DaCosta) because she needs help in that area. I would also leave some coolness to Zeus (Susanna Zorn) because she has some but not as much as me. Finally, I would leave my ability to chop to everyone especially Alex (Crown) and Tiana (Brockway).
