TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Florida State University's senior middle hitter Norisha Campbell was named to the All-Atlantic Coast Conference first team Wednesday at the annual ACC volleyball awards banquet in Tallahassee, Fla. The award is the second in a row for the Universal City, Texas native.

Campbell had her best season as a Lady Seminole this year as she led the conference in hitting percentage at .368, 13-percentage points higher than her nearest competition. A two-time ACC Player of the Week honoree in 2001, Campbell led FSU with 4.42 kill per game and set a career-high with 29 kills against Fresno State (8/31) and Maryland (10/20).

Campbell will be in action next on Saturday, November 17, at 1 p.m. when the Lady Seminoles take on the winner between Duke and Virginia in the semifinals of the ACC tournament in Tallahassee, Fla.
