2012: Earned USTFCCCA All-American honors after placing 12th at the NCAA Championship meet (19:53.2, 6k), where she was FSU's No. 2 finisher in the lineup for the fourth-place Seminoles...was NCAA South Regional at Apalachee Regional Park (20:11.9) to earn All-Region honors...earned All-ACC distinction with her fourth-place finish at the ACC Championship (20:17.6)... was sixth at Louisville Invitational/Pre-NCAA meet (20:06.4)...won the prestigious Notre Dame Invitational 5k in 16:28.2, a personal-best for that distance in cross country. 2011: A fixture in the lineup as the No. 4 or No. 5 runner as the Seminoles earned program's first No. 1 national ranking and held that spot for five polls...helped FSU to a fourth-place finish at NCAA Championship, placing 79th...earned All-South Region honors after placing 13th...claimed ACC Rookie of the Year and All-ACC honors after sixth-place finish at ACC Championship meet... placed 13th at Pre-Nationals and opened the year with an 18th-place showing at Notre Dame Invitational.

2013: Outdoor - Emerged as one of the top steeplechase runners in the United States during her sophomore outdoor season...NCAA Championship runner-up in school record-smashing time of 9:38.23, which broke FSU mark held by 2012 Olympian Barbara Parker...NCAA time met Olympic `A' standard and ranks eighth-fastest among collegians all-time...was No. 1 qualifier in the steeplechase from the NCAA East Preliminary in 9:49.44...also had NCAA East qualifying marks in 1500 and 5000 but chose to focus solely on steeplechase...tuned up for NCAA postseason with a personal-best 4:15.05 at Virginia Challenge...captured her first ACC Outdoor Championship individual title in steeplechase and came back a day later to place second to teammate Amanda Winslow in 5000m with a PB (15:58.90)...helped the Seminoles to a second-place team finish by a narrow five-point margin. Indoor - capped outstanding campaign by anchoring FSU's NCAA Indoor Championship DMR to a fourth-place finish with the fastest 1600m split of the night (4:32.28), moving up five spots to secure the team's All-American honors...helped the Seminoles to an ACC Indoor Championship runner-up finish with another amazing anchor effort in the DMR as FSU set the meet record, winning in a school-record 10:57.41...contributed a runner-up finish to Winslow in the 3000m final in a PB (9:13.39)...placed third in the mile at the Razorback Invitational in a PB of 4:37.55. 2012: Outdoor - put an exclamation point on her freshman season with a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase in 10:05.61...uncorked a new PB in the 3000m steeplechase at the ACC Outdoor Championships, finishing second in 10:02.53...made her collegiate debut in the steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational and came away with a runner-up finish in 10:13.73. Indoor - finished fourth at the ACC Indoor Championships in the mile with a season-best time of 4:45.40...participated in four indoor meets, including the Razorback Invitational, where she posted a 3000m PR (9:18.68)...won the mile at the Auburn Invitational in her indoor debut (4:47.16)


Graduate of St. Louis Nerinx Hall, where she earned Missouri Gatorade Runner of the Year honors as a senior in cross country and track...qualified for Foot Locker National Championship in cross country and earned All-American honors with a 20th-place finish...was third as a senior at the Missouri State Cross Country Championships...a three-year All-State honoree on the track, she capped her career in style, winning state titles with personal bests in the 1600 (4:52.17) and 3200 (10:27.62)...also swept both titles at the prestigious Kansas Relays...qualified for New Balance Outdoor Nationals in both events as well...was state runner-up as a junior in the 1600 and 3200...outstanding student in high school, she is a National Merit Commended Scholar...at FSU has earned All-ACC Academic honors six times and USTFCCCA All-Academic honors four times...selected Capital One Academic All-Region for 2012-13 academic year...has extensive experience as a model...born Nov. 20, 1992.
