Chris Wilson is in his seventh year as a member of the athletic staff at Florida State University, and his third overseeing the Customer Service and Retention team.
In his current role, Wilson oversees a team responsible for creating personal long-lasting relationships with season ticket holders and Seminole Boosters in order to provide proactive customer service and an overall enhanced experience at Florida State athletic events. He also fundraises for Seminole Boosters and generates new revenue through football and basketball season ticket sales.
Wilson started his career at Florida State in 2009 as a Graduate Assistant in the Athletic Ticket Office. In 2010, he was promoted to a customer service representative where he supervised ticket operations for Men's and Women's basketball and baseball. Wilson was responsible for developing and implementing an annual 12 member internship team in the ticket office. Prior to Florida State, Wilson held positions with the Charleston RiverDogs and Clemson University.
A native of Lexington, SC, Wilson earned his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Clemson University. He received his Master's degree in Sport Administration from Florida State University and his M.B.A. from USF (St. Petersburg).
