Spring Outlook: Brings leadership and three-year’s experience to a young Seminole team...looking to improve on 2013-14 record of 6-5.

Fall 2014: Finished the fall with a 9-9 overall record, including 5-3 in doubles play, primarily with sophomore Jack Haffey...the pair reached the semifinals of the Bedford Cup in mid-September, falling to the No. 12 team in the country of Roberto Cid and Sasha Gozun of South Florida...won his final two singles matches of the season, both of which went three sets...notched a victory over Tanner Smith of defending national champion USC at the USTA Clay Court Invitational at Disney...started the season with consecutive victories over Walid Gtari of Bethune-Cookman and Jose Sangroniz of UCF at the Bedford Cup in Jacksonville.

2013-14: Went 3-1 in dual matches in singles, notching straight-set victories over The Citadel, Florida Atlantic, and Florida A&M...all three matches won in the fall went three sets, tallying victories over Bethune-Cookman’s Gilbert Rotich 6-3, 6-7 (5), 6-1, Mercer’s Austin Emmet 4-6, 7-6 (4), 6-1, and UCF’s Inaki Espindola 6-3, 3-6, 7-6 (6)...won four doubles matches with four different partners, three coming in the fall season...took down Zack Evenden and Courage Okungbowa of FAMU with Cristian Gonzalez Mendez at the Bedford Cup and Sunay Bhat and Colton Norton of Tennessee with Benjamin Lock at the USTA Clay Court Invitational...also won doubles matches with Jose Gracia and Jack Haffey.

2012-13: Finished the spring with a 2-1 singles record…went a perfect 2-0 in doubles playing with Blake Davis…finished 1-0 playing doubles with Michael Rinaldi...n his first match for the Seminoles, he upset the No. 105 player in the nation in Taylor Albrecht of FAU, which remains his only victory over a nationally ranked player…posted a 6-6 record in singles overall while going 6-4 in doubles with Cristian Gonzalez Mendez…reached the semifinals of the Bedford Cup but lost to teammates Andres Bucaro and Benjamin Lock.

2011-12: Redshirt season.

High School: Parana state champion at the Interfederation Cup…earned one ATP point at the Brazil F38 in Sorocaba, Sao Paulo.

Personal: Born on August 11, 1993…has played tennis since he was 10…self-proclaimed music lover who plays the guitar, piano and flute…son of Carlos and Danielle Gauer…close friend to former Florida State tennis player Antonio Prieto…majoring in applied economics.
