TaRonda Randall joined Florida State University as an Assistant Director of Compliance in July of 2016. In that capacity, she is primarily responsible for matters related to personnel, playing and practice seasons, as well as the department's rules education initiatives.

A women's basketball student-athlete at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), Randall served as a team captain, Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Vice-President, and was inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National Athlete Honor Society. During her time at UAB, she received the C-USA Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award, C-USA Spirit of Service Award, C-USA Commissioner's Academic Medal, and Jim Castaneda Postgraduate Scholarship.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and graduated magna cum laude, from UAB in May of 2012.

Randall began her career in intercollegiate athletics while in law school at the University of Alabama. During that time, she was involved in several extracurricular activities and earned valuable experience as a compliance intern and a tutor for student-athletes within the athletic department.
She received her J.D., Certificate in Public Interest Law, and the Order of Samaritan Award upon her graduation from the University of Alabama School of Law in May of 2015. Following graduation from law school, Randall completed the year-long NCAA Postgraduate Internship Program as an intern within the enforcement department at the NCAA National Office. In that role, she analyzed and processed secondary/level three violations of NCAA Bylaws and assisted with major case investigations as needed.

Randall is a member of the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC) and Women's Leaders in College Sports (formerly NACWAA). In 2016, she was named a “Rising Star” award recipient by Women Leaders in College Sports.

Randall was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in May of 2016.
