Hailing from Deerfield Beach, Fla., senior Stephanie Pellitteri and junior Nina Pellitteri are cornerstones of the Florida State sand volleyball team. In 2011, Stephanie became the first athlete ever to commit to a sand volleyball scholarship for the Seminoles, and the pair never looked back. Stephanie and younger sister Nina have paired together for 59 wins over the last two seasons. They will look to continue that run into an even better one in 2015.
A senior from Stuart, Fla., Sarah Wickstrom is among the most experienced players in the young program's history. Wickstrom stars at both indoor volleyball and sand volleyball for Florida State.
Redshirt sophomore Blyss Harkness returns in 2015 after an injury forced her to miss all of last season. The Tallahassee, Fla. native looks to come back strong after a promising 4-1 record in her freshman season.
Annie Montgomery, a junior from Sarasota, Fla., enters her third season as a member of the Florida State sand volleyball team.
